Thank you for proposing an event at FRESCO Foundation. FRESCO Foundation, a non profit organization focused on highlighting understudied fields of art and connecting art to the surrounding communities, aims to continue supporting the art community with a dynamic, unique art space in SoHo, New York for FREE of charge! Artists, Writers and Curators for exhibitions, workshops, screenings and lectures/panels are all welcome, though priority will be given to artists whose work is in line with FRESCO’s mission. Event proposals from individuals, brands, and nonprofit organizations are also encouraged. Our “Dusky 45” Art Series allows you to expose your work of art, connect your work to the community, and reach new followers, all while boosting your recognition and awareness. Here is what we offer:
Assistance and Facilities Provided:
A host from FRESCO Foundation to assist with the reception
Marketing on social media;
Spacious, well-lit space of 1700 sq with 17 ft ceiling height;
Audience seating for up to 40;
Kitchen and backstage space

Help setting up for the event
In order to help defray our costs and sustain the program, we gratefully accept a 40% commission on the revenue of your event.
We may also require a deposit, should the event incur costs above our expected budget.
Our deadline is as follows:
January 31 2019: For events to occur between March 15th and April 15th .
Please complete the online application form here. All applications should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to your event. Applications must be received by Midnight, January 31, 2019 (EST) for the March 15th to April 15th time period. Please note that all applications submitted will be considered final and will be treated as such. Additionally, all proposal materials must be submitted simultaneously.
